Health & Safety
Your safety and well-being are of upmost importance to us, and we endeavour to make sure all the exercises taught are appropriate for you. At the start and throughout your Pilates journey at Body Works, we will discuss with you any exercises that we feel would be appropriate to modify or omit, it is your responsibility to abide by the instructor’s guidelines and recommendations, and to follow their instructions with regards to the exercises performed and equipment safety. Your teacher needs to know if you have any pain, injuries, recent broken bones, tightness or other medical issues.
If you are participating in an Online, On-Demand session as part of your membership, you, as the authorised user understands that this is an unobserved class. You are responsible for checking; that the exercises are appropriate for you, the area around you is suitable for exercise, that there is sufficient space around you and that it is free from trip or slip hazards.
You must stop or modify any exercises that causes an increase in pain, shortness of breath or distress.

At the start of your membership, you will be allocated the specified number of classes to use over 12 months. Payments are made automatically on the first day of each month, until your membership is cancelled. Our minimum membership term is 2 months.
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy on Mat Classes and a 48-hour cancellation policy on Studio Sessions.
Please note that all classes, memberships and sessions have restrictions on the number of uses, therefore attendances must adhere to these restrictions.
