Theresa Bell
Theresa qualified as a Chartered physiotherapist from Brunel University in 1996, following a spinal injury that brought her career as a professional dancer to a close. Initially she worked within the NHS in London and Leicester, before founding Body Works in 2003 – a dedicated space for movement, recovery, and well-being, shaped by her passion for holistic, integrated, and personalised care.
Theresa’s expertise brings together physiotherapy with a blend of different disciplines including Pilates, acupuncture, pregnancy and post-natal care, offering clients tailored support to restore function, build strength, and enhance long-term health.
Outside the clinic, Theresa stays active with walking, boxercise, spin classes, and aerial silks. She also enjoys cooking, discovering new foods, and spending time with her children.

Joanne Cheyette
Joanne has known from an early age that she wanted to be a physiotherapist and qualified from the Withington School of Physiotherapy in Manchester in 1991. With over 30 years of experience, her career has taken her through the NHS, working at Glenfield Hospital and the Leicester Royal Infirmary, then running her own private practice in Leicester for many years. She has been part of the Body Works team since 2017, continuing to do what she loves – helping people move and feel better.
Joanne is qualified in acupuncture and electrotherapy, but her most valuable skill is her ability to listen. She takes a hands-on, holistic approach, working closely with her clients to develop the best plan and support for their recovery.
Joanne enjoys playing golf and watching football. She also enjoys weekends away with friends and family and loves interiors, completing a diploma in Interior Design during lockdown.

Emma Sutton
Emma is passionate about helping people stay active, strong, and confident on their feet. With a special interest in lower limb rehabilitation – particularly hips and knees, she focuses on restoring movement, preventing age-related fragility, and supporting recovery after fractures or surgery.
Since qualifying as a physiotherapist from the University of the West of England in 2001, Emma has worked across NHS and private settings in the UK and New Zealand. She also holds a Master’s in Advanced Practice and a PhD in Quality improvement in surgery.
Alongside her clinical work, Emma continues to contribute to physiotherapy research and education, leading a recovery research group within the global Fragility Fracture Network and publishing widely in healthcare journals.
Outside work, Emma enjoys walking, wakeboarding, and family adventures with her husband and two children.

Siobhan Dandolo
Siobhan trained and qualified in Manchester. She worked in the NHS and private practice gaining experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, mental health and community care, discovering that her true passion lay in the specialised area of women’s pelvic health.
Siobhan specialises in pelvic health physiotherapy, pregnancy related care, post-natal recovery and Mummy MOTs. Supporting women with incontinence, vulvovaginal pain, pelvic floor dysfunction, prolapse, and safe return to exercise – helping them feel comfortable, strong, and confident in their bodies and able to return to the activities they enjoy.
For Siobhan, physiotherapy is a compassionate and empathic vocation, making her perfect for the sensitive and personal area of physiotherapy she specialises in.
Siobhan is married with three children, and her family love nothing more than getting outdoors, being active and exploring new places around the UK. She keeps herself strong by prioritising daily exercise.

Fergus Chalmers
Fergus graduated from the University of Leicester in 2017. In addition to his practice at Body Works, Fergus works both as an Advanced Practice Senior Physiotherapist and Emergency Clinical Practitioner at the Leicester Royal Infirmary, where he specialises in assessing and managing people with acute injuries.
Using an evidence-based approach to assess and treat clients, Fergus looks beyond the condition itself employing a holistic approach to find and address the root cause. He uses a combination of hands-on physiotherapy, sports massage, soft-tissue techniques and tailored exercise to promote recovery and long-term strength.
Fergus understands that it is paramount to treat the whole person and prides himself on doing this in a respectful and understanding manner. He specialises in the diagnosis and management of acute sporting injuries and has a special interest in both hand and wrist injuries and Achilles tendon tendinopathy, his goal is to help people recover and get back to doing what they love.
When he’s not working, Fergus is a keen rower and races with the Leicester Rowing Club across the country, he also loves exploring the outdoors with his wife and their dog and is a coffee connoisseur.

Hannah Molyneaux
Hannah studied physiotherapy at Sheffield Hallam University, where she graduated with First-Class Honours. She worked as an associate physiotherapist for Oadby Wyggestonian RFC and is a senior physiotherapist in the NHS
A former athlete with Team GB, Hannah has competed as a thrower both nationally and internationally. This experience has shaped her perspective of pain and injury and the importance of expert guidance in recovery. Hannah treats a wide range of injuries, but specialises in sports rehabilitation, post-operative care, upper limb conditions and osteoarthritis management.
Hannah enjoys spending time in the gym and watching football and athletics.

Jonathan Hibbert
Jonathan graduated from Leicester University with first-class honours whilst simultaneously qualifying in sports massage.
Working within the NHS at Leicester hospitals, he has extensive experience in diverse musculoskeletal problems. Having played competitive sports at county and national level from a young age and being injury-prone, he has valuable insights into effective rehabilitation for a multitude of different injuries and is enthusiastic about returning individuals towards activity and sport related goals.
In his free time, Jonathan enjoys playing rugby and going to the gym.
Sports Massage Therapist - Level 5
Joe Lunn
Joe qualified in Soft Tissue Therapy from the London School of Sports Massage and has been practising for fourteen years. Joe grew up playing various sports and dealing with the resultant injuries which sparked his interest in injury management and rehabilitation.
Joe works with a diverse range of clients. His treatments are effective for those with everyday aches and pains, postural issues or sports-related ailments. He also helps those managing persistent conditions like fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, and sciatic symptoms where he can ease muscular tension and pain, improving comfortable movement.
Joe is a rugby coach, working with players of all ages and levels, He enjoys gym sessions and completing fitness challenges to support charities.
Sports Massage Therapist - Level 5
Libby Shorrock
Libby’s approach to sports massage therapy is hands-on and holistic. She works pitch-side at Leicester Tigers and has a dance background. Currently in her final year at Leicester University, Libby is studying to become a physiotherapist, developing her understanding of musculoskeletal injuries, rehabilitation and recovery. Her focus is to empower clients by helping them understand their bodies and move efficiently.
Libby loves helping athletes, dancers and those simply wanting to move better. She expertly tailors every session to individual needs – whether it’s improving mobility, easing tension, or supporting injury recovery. She creates a warm, supportive environment that enables clients to feel confident in their recovery, mobility and performance.
If Libby is not working or studying, she likely be outdoors. She grew up near the Peak District and enjoys climbing, fell running, mountain biking, hiking, skiing, sailing and windsurfing. She also likes travelling, yoga and keeping active in the gym.

Annabelle Forde
Annabelle studied at the Laban Centre for Movement and Dance in London, where she completed both her undergraduate and master’s degrees. From teaching to performing, she has always been fascinated by the power of a healthy, free-moving body. Pilates sparked her interest in the benefits of fundamental strengthening techniques that support fluid, efficient, and sustainable movement.
Annabelle is a fully qualified Pilates and Gyrotonic® instructor and sports massage therapist. Her work focuses on helping people reconnect with their bodies, improve posture, reduce tension, and move with greater confidence and ease. She enjoys supporting clients through effective changes in movement, alignment, and soft-tissue care, recognising how hands-on treatment and mindful movement complement each other. Annabelle works with athletes, dancers, people recovering from injury, and those simply looking to move more comfortably and confidently in everyday life.
When she’s not teaching, treating, or developing her own practice, Annabelle loves being outdoors, either playing golf or walking and enjoys contemporary dance performances.

Nick North
With over 20 years of experience in health and wellbeing, Nick began his career as a fitness coach, personal trainer, and massage therapist before discovering the transformative effects of Pilates and Yoga. He has advanced certifications in both disciplines and has taught thousands of people from all walks of life – including working with Leicester Tigers.
Nick blends Eastern and Western philosophies – combining science-backed movement with inspiration from different movement disciplines, including gymnastics, dance, and martial arts. In both his Mat Classes and Studio Sessions, Nick‘s focus is on balance – giving clients a strong, effective workout while ensuring they leave feeling calm and restored.
When Nick’s not teaching, he’s typically out in nature hiking or running. Or, he’ll be at King Power Stadium as he’s a lifelong Leicester City fan and season ticket holder.
