Whether you’re easing back into movement, managing a long-term condition, or adding depth to your existing Pilates or physio programme, our extensive video library of classes helps you stay strong, mobile, and in control of your body.

Are managing conditions like arthritis, back or knee pain
Prefer gentle, guided exercise with clear instruction and expert modification
Want a convenient and accessible way to keep active and work on your core strength, mobility and balance between your physiotherapy appointments or Mat/Studio classes
Want to balance your Mat practice with extra shoulder and lower body strength exercises
You can practise at home or wherever suits you – with unlimited access to our growing class library. All sessions include cueing for alignment and posture, and options for progression or adapting exercises to your needs.
Class Types

- Chair-based and standing classes – Ideal for those who prefer not to exercise on the floor; great for balance, coordination, and joint-friendly leg and shoulder strength work

- Short sessions – 15 and 30-minute options for when time is tight
