All our Pilates practitioners are highly qualified and experienced movement specialists so you’re in safe hands.

Mat Pilates
Body Works runs three types of Mat Classes:
Beginners / Healthy Back Pilates
Improvers Pilates
More dynamic and challenging sessions, which allow you to take your Pilates practice to whatever level you want to reach.
Rehabilitation Pilates
For those recovering from injury or managing joint pain, with the reassurance of knowing you’re in the hands of experienced practitioners.
Studio Pilates
Reconnect with your body and work holistically on your movement goals.
Fully Equipped Studio
Body Works Studio is proud to be different. Our fully equipped studio has been established for over 20 years. We provide the support and assistance to help you move with ease. All sessions are personalised, making them ideal if you prefer a customised approach or are uncomfortable in group settings.
Bespoke sessions
Our Studio Sessions are not just a reformer or ‘mini’ class, they are tailored, bespoke sessions, which combine specialist equipment with our expert, movement professionals to provide you with a truly targeted exercise programme.
Studio sessions are available as private, or two-to-one sessions to facilitate exclusively tailored workouts or rehabilitation exercises. Every client is prescribed their own bespoke exercise routine on each visit.

Our Online, video membership gives you access to a wide range of classes that support all abilities and goals. They are ideal for scheduling your Pilates workout at home, or wherever and whenever suits you.
