Pilates is an exercise programme designed to mindfully enhance body awareness, improve posture, and boost balance whilst increasing flexibility, strength, mobility, and general fitness.

All our Pilates practitioners are highly qualified and experienced movement specialists so you’re in safe hands.

Pilates is suitable for all ages and levels of fitness, as routines and exercises are tailored to match your specific needs.

Fully Equipped Studio

Body Works Studio is proud to be different. Our fully equipped studio has been established for over 20 years. We provide the support and assistance to help you move with ease. All sessions are personalised, making them ideal if you prefer a customised approach or are uncomfortable in group settings.

Bespoke sessions

Our Studio Sessions are not just a reformer or ‘mini’ class, they are tailored, bespoke sessions, which combine specialist equipment with our expert, movement professionals to provide you with a truly targeted exercise programme.

Studio sessions are available as private, or two-to-one sessions to facilitate exclusively tailored workouts or rehabilitation exercises. Every client is prescribed their own bespoke exercise routine on each visit.

Video Membership

Our physiotherapy-led video membership brings the benefits of Pilates to you – wherever you are, whenever you like. With a wide range of classes to suit all abilities and goals, it’s easy to stay active, strong, and supported.

Our Online, video membership gives you access to a wide range of classes  that support all abilities and goals.  They are ideal for scheduling your Pilates workout at home, or wherever and whenever suits you.

Whether you’re building a regular home practice, adding to your studio sessions, Mat classes or complementing physiotherapy treatment, our online classes are designed to fit around you.

Online Pilates classes can be used as a standalone exercise plan, or be combined with your physiotherapy treatment, Mat Classes or Studio Sessions.
