Stay Active with Body Works – A Little Thank You Gift From Us To You

Hello 2026!

As we step into a new year, I want to pause and to take a moment to say thank you to you.

Thank you for choosing Body Works in 2025 and for being part of the Body Works community – whether through Physiotherapy, Pilates, Sports Massage or a combination of all three. It really does mean a great deal to me and to the whole team that you have trusted us to support you, not just with movement and recovery, but with feeling more confident in your body day to day.

As a small thank you, we’re starting 2026 by gifting you two weeks of free access to our Online Pilates & Exercise Library.

Warm wishes,

Theresa

A few words from our community

We’re always grateful when clients take the time to share their experiences, it helps shape what we do and reminds us why supported movement matters.

“Theresa is an extremely good teacher. She knows everyone in the Pilates class and their limitations, and suggests alternative moves to enable everyone to get the most out of the class, without the exercises causing harm.”

This is exactly the approach we take in our Beginners / Healthy Back and Improvers Pilates classes where exercises are adapted so everyone can move with confidence.

“Just to let you know how much I have continued to enjoy the Sit and Stand classes. My posture and balance are improving and I am now having very little trouble walking uphill or going upstairs… a real plus!”

The sit/stand classes are one of the many types of classes within our full online library. These sessions particularly offer gentle, progressive movement that can support everyday strength, balance and mobility at home.
